Superb breakfast and excellent staff, but the pillows were too soft for me.

enjoyed central heating, tv and a microwave oven in the room. the bed was comfortable with down pillows. the hotel's position was quiet, close to many food and shopping places and all restaurants, shopping centers, and close to six flags and shopping stores & safe area. everyone was friendly here and we felt welcomed.

I was surprised with the a double room. Accommodating and friendly staff who were always there to help. The location was peaceful, near shopping stores and many food.

The staff's prompt response to retrieve my lost item showcased their commitment to service. I particularly enjoyed the serene view of the trees from my room.

I recently stayed at Towneplace Suites for a family trip for 3 nights. The Quaker oatmeal cups, Tropicana orange juice, Activia yogurt, and bagels provided were a tasty start to the day. The fresh brewed coffee was a great touch. The staff at the front desk were accommodating and moved our rooms to be on the same floor when we needed them to be. The location was convenient, with dining and shopping options nearby. a clean hotel with great staff and a satisfying breakfast.
